JACK PANCALDO, President
Jack Pancaldo formed All American Capital, LLC in 2000. He was previously the Senior
Managing Director for C.B. Richard Ellis, The Galbreath Company and the Edward S. Gordon Company. Prior to those associations, Mr. Pancaldo was President of First Corporate Consultants, where he was in charge of marketing properties in the entire New York Metropolitan Area, with specific emphasis on Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield and Bergen Counties. Between 1976 and 1990, he was Vice President and District Manager for Helmsley-Spear, Inc. In that position, he was responsible for managing an office of 13 brokers and personal leasing of 300,000 to 500,000 square feet annually, with sales and development transactions in multiple millions of dollars. Among the prestigious clients Mr. Pancaldo has represented are a number of major corporations and institutions including Transamerica Leasing, AT&T, Bank of New York, Savin Corporation, Bayer, TWA, New York Life Insurance Company, Chase Manhattan Bank and American Trading and Production.
RON EMENHEISER, Vice President, Associate Broker
“Captain” Ron joined All American Capital, LLC (AAC) in 2006 with over twenty years avocation in buying, selling and managing investment properties for his own account. After a professional flying career including two tours of duty as a U.S. Air Force pilot and twenty-two years as captain for Fortune 100 Corporations in the New York Metro area, he reversed his priorities and partnered with Jack Pancaldo. The same confidence, self assurance and quick decision making skills required as pilot in command, are those skills he’s brought to AAC. His values of loyalty, honesty and integrity are just some of the reasons he has experienced rapid success in his field. Whether as tenant advocate, building leasing agent or buyer’s/seller’s agent, Ron repeatedly demonstrates his strength in negotiating win-win scenarios that answer the needs of the tenant, the objectives of the landlord and the financial requirements of buyers and sellers.
